Sodade operates this website and decides how the personal data described here is used. Contact: sodade.label@gmail.com.

To be completed: registered legal name and postal address, and whether a data protection officer is required.

• Newsletter: your email address, the exact consent wording you agreed to, and the time you agreed. Stored only after you tick the consent box.
• Demo submissions: handled entirely on Trackstack's own platform. We receive what you send there; their privacy policy applies to that form.
• Email enquiries: whatever you write to us.
• Server logs: standard technical records, including IP address, kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

• Newsletter emails — your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), confirmed by a double opt-in link.
• Replying to your enquiries and reviewing demos — our legitimate interest in running the label (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Analytics, media players and marketing tools — your consent, given through the cookie banner.
• Keeping the site online and secure — our legitimate interest.

Only necessary storage runs before you choose. Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube and Apple content stays blocked behind a placeholder until you allow the Media category, because loading it would send your IP address to those platforms. See the Cookie Policy or open Cookie Settings.

• Unconfirmed newsletter sign-ups: deleted after 30 days.
• Unsubscribed records: deleted after 30 days.
• Confirmed subscribers: kept until you unsubscribe, and in any case reviewed after 1095 days.
• Demo-related data: 365 days.

These periods are configurable and are the label's current working values, pending a final decision.

The services below are the only external parties involved. Some are based outside the EEA; transfer safeguards have not yet been formally confirmed for every one of them.

• Lovable Cloud hosting and database — Serves the website and stores newsletter sign-ups. IP address in server logs, newsletter email address and consent record.
• Spotify — Release catalogue data and cover artwork; links to tracks. Catalogue data is fetched by our server, not your browser. Artwork images and any player load from Spotify only after media consent.
• SoundCloud — Official label track links and radio shows. IP address and device data when a SoundCloud player or image loads.
• Apple Music / iTunes — Matching official Apple Music links (server-side) and links out. Nothing until you click a link or media consent loads Apple content.
• YouTube — Label channel links; video embeds if added later. IP address and device data when a video loads.
• Beatport — Store links for releases. Nothing until you click the link.
• Trackstack — Demo submissions — the form is hosted by Trackstack, not by us. Whatever you enter on their page: name, email, links to your music. Handled under Trackstack's own privacy policy.
• Instagram (Meta) — Link to the label profile. Nothing until you click the link. No pixel or tracker is installed.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time — for the newsletter, by using the unsubscribe link.
